NYTW is currently hiring for the position of:
The Marketing Associate serves as the primary liaison with ticketing and media vendors at this $5 million Off-Broadway theatre.Reporting to the Director of Marketing and overseeing a Marketing Intern, the Marketing Associate is responsible for maintaining an exceptional understanding of NYTW’s ticketing system and overseeing the user experience and backend setup for all departments, including the setup of memberships, productions and performances, ticket templates, price charts, promotions, special events and custom reports.
The Marketing Associate also works with the Director of Marketing to execute media plans, coordinating with vendors to maintain the timelines of all deliverables and collect response reports to evaluate efforts, maintains NYTW’s website through a Content Management System, and provides reporting and analysis of membership and single ticket campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have one to three years of relevant experience; possess excellent technical, reporting and analytics skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, experience in project management, a passion for theatre and understanding of the industry.
