A music-theatre adaption of Virginia Woolf’s novel, The Waves chronicles the lives of six friends growing up in Edwardian England. The piece use Woolf’s lyrical language and vivid imagery to re-create the movement of life from the innocence of childhood and the enthusiasms of youth to the bitterness and wisdom of middle age.
