Rates for rehearsals, readings, and non-performance rentals

Commercial: Hourly: $45
Day Rate: $400 (hourly charge after 8 hours inhouse)
Weekly: $2,500

Nonprofit: Hourly: $36
Day Rate: $300 (hourly charge after 8 hours inhouse)
Weekly: $2,000

Not included are rates for any necessary personnel. Please note that any use of the space during non-business hours (Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm) may require the hire of additional NYTW on-site personnel.
