HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS

ONLINE
Tickets and memberships are available for purchase exclusively from New York Theatre Workshop.

Please note, sales by phone are subject to an additional fee of $4 per transaction.

IN-PERSON
Memberships and tickets can be purchased in-person during normal box office hours. Advance sales end 30-minutes prior to curtain on performance days.

All memberships and single ticket purchases are subject to applicable handling fees. All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.
TICKET PICK UP

For your convenience, all tickets are held at the box office for pick up on the day of your performance. Tickets are available beginning two hours prior to curtain and a photo ID matching the name on the tickets is required for pick up.

CHEAP TIX PERFORMANCES

At the first two performances of every NYTW production, tickets will be sold to the general public for just $25. CheapTix are available on a first-come, first-served basis, online at NYTW.org, by phone at 212-460-5475 or in-person at the box office. Standard ticketing fees apply.

Tickets become available online, by phone and in-person at the same time. For fastest service, we encourage you to purchase tickets online at NYTW.org.

CHEAP TIX RUSH POLICY

Subject to availability at the opening of the box office, $25 day-of rush tickets may be available for youth, seniors, artists and Lower East Side residents. Rush tickets are sold cash-only, limit two per person.

Proper identification is required for all rush tickets. Youth (ages 25 and under) and seniors (ages 65+) may present an ID indicating date-of-birth; Artists may present an ID and a program or union card; Lower East Side residents may present an ID that includes your address.

GROUP SALES

DONATING TICKETS

If you are unable to use your tickets, you may donate them in exchange for a letter of tax credit by calling the NYTW Box Office at 212-460-5475. Please note, ticket donations must be completed prior to the start of the ticketed performance.

LUGGAGE AND COAT CHECK

NYTW does not offer storage for coats, bags or other large items. The house manager may be able to hold items in the lobby, but NYTW assumes no responsibility for loss, damage or theft of these items.

LOST AND FOUND

Please call 212-460-5475 or email the house manager at HouseManager@nytw.org to inquire about items that may have been left at the theatre.

The taking of pictures and the use of recording devices is strictly prohibited in the theatre before, during and after the show.

Food or drinks are prohibited in the theatre except bottled water with a lid.
